I was born and raised in beautiful Lake County, California, and began drawing at a very early age.  Though I prefer to be self taught in most areas of my life, I studied art at the Academy of Art University, where I earned my BFA degree in illustration and an AA degree in drawing/painting from Mendocino College.  My areas of focus are poster illustration, editorial illustration and pet portraits.  I work both traditionally and digitally, with pencil being my favorite.  Some of my well known clients have been: San Francisco Public Library, Bill Graham Presents, Lu Biscuits, AARP Bulletin and Clif Bar.  I currently work for the band Moonalice as one of their poster artists.  When I am not creating, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, biking, being in nature, cooking, baking, traveling and living a simple meaningful life with my beautiful husband and handsome cat. I am available for private commissions.
